Are you an experienced CRM Administrator with knowledge of SQL? Database Administrator, an opportunity to join a Social Welfare Charity, based in Central London.
As the Database Administrator, reporting to the Head of IT and in partnership with the Database Manager, you will provide both operational and technical support to all fundraising teams and users of the CRM Database.
These tasks will include:
- Providing technical support to 'business as usual' data tasks; data cleansing, data segmentation and data insights.
- Review and address issues with the existing database, technical infrastructure and processes using SQL to enhance usability and functions.
- With the longer-term plan to migrate the current Raiser's Edge 7 database to a new CRM solution, you will also focus on an extensive period of data cleansing, testing, and validating the data and processes within the CRM before it goes live.
Our client is looking for an experienced technical user of CRM systems, ideally Raiser's Edge 7, Salesforce or MS Dynamics and strong knowledge of using SQL to help design, build, and maintain CRM systems.
