Fundraising Operational Support Manager - Supply Chain, an opportunity to join a National Charity, based in Central London.
Following significant investment and development across fundraising, the next focus is to maximise working processes and relationships with all third-party service providers and to make them as effective and efficient as possible.
Working within the Fundraising Operations department, the Fundraising Operational Support Manager will develop the Supply Chain for Fundraising activities to enable the efficient and effective delivery of the Fundraising Strategy. And take account management responsibility for assigned third-party contracts.
Working closely with senior managers and stakeholders across the Fundraising teams and the wider organisation, you will maximise relationships with existing third-party service providers, build lasting relationships with new providers and establish and monitor quality control and quality standards for both internal and external suppliers and assigned processes.
You will support the maintenance and further development of standardised processes for outsourced fulfilment, response handling, payment processing, and third-party complaints management.
Our client is looking for an Operational Support Manager with excellent stakeholder management, process performance management and account management skills. You will have a thorough understanding of Fundraising in general, as well as experience in fundraising processes and fundraising support areas such as compliance, business continuity, health and safety, risk management and complaint management.
