Job description

Individual Giving & Legacy Assistant, Part-Time, initially a Temporary role, joining a Health Charity based in Central London.

Part-time role (22.5 hours) a week, for a period of 3 months, immediate start!

As the Individual Giving & Legacy Assistant, you will work with the Legacy and In Memory Manager and will be responsible for providing administrative support across multiple channels, including phone, digital and print, and supporting the delivery of income generating campaigns and stewardship journeys to recruit new supporters and retain existing supporters. Also, liaising with internal teams and external suppliers. You will support with areas such as;

  • Responding appropriately to supporter communications by phone, email and mail
  • Manage Gifts in Wills inbox, responding to supporter queries in a timely and sensitive manner.
  • Work with Supporter Care team to ensure stewardship for thanking and appeals are effective and efficient
  • Enter and maintain accurate records on our fundraising database, Raiser's Edge, including creating new supporter records, updating records and coordinating with Supporter Care on sending of Gifts in Wills guides to supporters.
  • Monitor new and existing Muchloved and Justgiving tribute funds and collate monthly results.

Our client is looking for you to have worked in a Fundraising Assistant, Supporter Services, Legacy Fundraising, Individual Giving role with excellent communications and organisations skills.

With experience corresponding via phone, email and mail with supporters and using a fundraising database such as raiser's edge or similar.
