A great opportunity for an experienced Senior Direct Marketing Officer - Acquisition, to join an ambitious and fast-growing Mental Health charity in London.

You will be joining an already very successful Direct Marketing team, who have new investment to further developments products and campaigns, with a focus on DTRV and Digital. As the Senior Direct Marketing Officer, managing an Officer and working closely with the Direct Marketing Manager, you will develop, implement, manage, and analyse acquisition campaigns to recruit new supporters and achieve income targets.
You will lead on continued innovation and growth of multiple channels, which include DRTV, Door-drops, Inserts, Digital campaigns and a new bespoke subscription product.
Managing a Direct Marketing Officer you will be responsible for delivery of campaigns, monitoring and evaluating all campaigns, and providing regular financial and key performance indicator updates, recommendations and reports.
You will be a proactive and experienced campaign manager who is excited about the opportunity to add value at all stages of campaigns. You will have;
- Excellent knowledge across a range of direct marketing and digital fundraising channels and techniques.
- Proven and significant experience of creating and managing a range of direct marketing campaigns to a large audience
- Excellent Analytical skills, with a proven ability to analyse and interpret results, as well as data analysis trends and KPI's
- Previous line management experience would be advantageous, though not essential.
