A great opportunity for a Senior Direct Marketing Officer - Retention, to join an ambitious and fast-growing Mental Health charity in London for a Maternity Cover.

It is an amazing time for the charity as they go through an unprecedented period of growth. You will be joining an already very successful Direct Marketing team who have new investment to development new products and campaigns, with a focus on email campaigns and supporter journeys. With this investment comes endless opportunity to use your innovations skills, to test and develop new products and campaigns.

As the Senior Direct Marketing Officer, managing an Officer and working closely with the Direct Marketing Manager, you will develop, implement, manage, analyse, and deliver the retention programme to achieve income targets.

You will lead on continued innovation and growth of multiple channels, including cash appeals, supporter magazines, welcome journeys, regular giving upgrades, and Payroll Giving. You will also be expected to monitor and evaluate campaigns, providing regular financial and key performance indicator updates, recommendations and reports.

You will be a proactive and experienced campaign manager who is excited about the opportunity to add value at all stages of campaigns. You will have;

  • Excellent knowledge across a range of direct marketing and digital fundraising channels and techniques.
  • Proven and significant experience of creating and managing a range of direct marketing campaigns to a large audience
  • Excellent Analytical skills, with a proven ability to analyse and interpret results, as well as data analysis trends and KPI's
  • Previous line management experience would be advantageous, though not essential.
