Job description

NL Recruitment is currently looking for a Volunteer Recruitment Coordinator (contract for 6 months) for a mental health charity.

Working closely with the Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for recruitment administration and be the first point of contact for prospective applicants. You will also:

  • Work closely with regional managers to ensure all placements are onboarded properlu
  • Manage all recruitment administration - arrange and coordinate interviews
  • Ensure all clearance checks are accurate

Our client is looking for a Volunteer Recruitment Coordinator who has experience in administration and recruitment. You will also have:

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Organised, flexible and adaptable
  • Excellent knowledge and use of Microsoft office
