About No Isolation

Everyday technology, from smartphones to computers, have helped build bridges across the world, and have brought people closer together. However this fails to capture those left behind; the elderly or those for whom modern tools aren’t specifically designed, who are also more prone to social isolation.

This is felt even more acutely during the current pandemic. We are looking for an exceptional senior health specialist to join our UK team, to play an instrumental role in getting our technology to those who need it most.

Core responsibilities

KOMP is a consumer product, as well as a tool used by organisations such as local authorities, domiciliary care agencies, care homes, charities, and NHS Trusts. You will be responsible for acquiring and managing these B2B organisational KOMP customers.

This will involve carrying out product:

  • Demonstrations
  • Sales negotiations
  • Training workshops

In addition you will be involved in:

  • Market research and promotional strategy
  • Customer feedback and product development input

This role is the first of several roles in a dedicated KOMP UK team that will join our current UK team that specialises on our other product, the AV1 telepresence robot for unwell children. The person who fills this Business Developer role will eventually specialise in an area within the KOMP UK team.

 

Who are you?

You are genuinely passionate about reducing social isolation. You are proactive. You are an all-rounder with a versatile skill set.

You have an understanding of the NHS funding flow, CCGs and public sector procurement process, or a willingness to learn. Ideally you have experience working within the care industry.
