£25,000 - £27,500 per year
Permanent, Part-time, 30-37 hours per week, Full-time
Job description

No Limits is the leading youth services charity in Southampton, supporting children and young people in the city and across Hampshire.

We are looking for a Fundraising Officer to maintain relationships with our existing supporters and develop new relationships with individuals, community groups and corporates, in line with our Fundraising plan.

This well-established role could suit someone with relevant skills and experience looking for their first fundraising job, or someone wanting to join a friendly and dynamic team with strong opportunities for development. You will have a keen interest in using your skills for social change and an ability to build relationships, think creatively and be very organised.

You will be part of the small Fundraising and Communications team and will be supported to extend your knowledge and experience to meet targets. The role is based in our Southampton offices with some home working. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required.

We are committed to making a difference to the lives of the children and young people we work with, and as such you must show a willingness to demonstrate commitment to the values and behaviours which flow from the No Limits ethos. Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people is paramount.

We welcome applications from all sections of the community and are committed to ensuring diversity and inclusivity. We are proud that many of our staff and volunteers are using their own lived experience to support children and young people facing similar challenges.

As part of our team, you’ll receive a comprehensive induction and access to learning and development opportunities that are relevant to your role and to support your ongoing development.

Staff Benefits
We are committed to being a great place to work, where people achieve and feel valued. In our most recent People Survey, 98% of staff and 100% of volunteers said they were proud to tell people they work or volunteer for No Limits. We’re proud to offer some great benefits, on top of being able to contribute to the lives of local children and young people:

  • 36 days annual leave (including public holidays) rising to 41 with service
  • Hybrid and flexible working options
  • Death in service benefit when in our pension scheme
  • Comprehensive induction and training
  • Counselling, financial, personal support and health and wellbeing services via our Employee Assistance Programme
