No Limits is the leading youth services agency in Southampton, supporting children and young people in the city and across Hampshire. We are now recruiting for a vital new position within our Senior Leadership Team.
The Head of Services will lead the strategic development, planning and delivery of No Limits’ services, leading diverse teams to deliver high quality services which meet the needs of children and young people. With strong experience of establishing, developing and leading services to achieve outcomes, the successful candidate will also be a successful and inspiring leader with a commitment to safeguarding and a significant understanding of the needs of children and young people. They will also contribute to the direction, planning and leadership of No Limits.

Salary: Circa £47K-£51K* depending on experience
Hours: 28-37 hours over 4 or 5 days per week – Happy to talk flexible working
Annual Leave: 36 days* (including bank holidays)
Working Arrangements: This role will be required to have a physical operational presence for most of the working week. The role will require occasional evenings for Trustee Board meetings.
