The BBO Project is at the heart of our Academy 2021-2026 strategic plans delivering support and progression for our clients.
Due to recent significant expansion of our projects funded by BBO and the National Lottery we are seeking to recruit an Assistant Project Supervisor to work with the BBO Project Supervisor to organise and support the day to day running of a wide range of projects serving those most in need.

The ideal candidate will be values driven, have strong organisational and administrative skills, experience of successful project delivery and administration of ESF, National Lottery or other complex projects.
You will have an eye for detail and will assist the Project Supervisor to track and monitor targets and KPI’S and prepare and submit quarterly claims to meet deadlines. Although the role includes a significant amount of project administration it will also include hands on day-to-day work with our delivery teams where you will use your excellent communication and organisational skills to assist in setting up delivery and ensure compliance with BBO requirements.
