Job description

The aim of this position is to ensure the smooth running of NOAH Enterprise’s business functions through effective and efficient management, enabling our staff to make a real difference to the lives of those who are among the poorest in our community.

This role sits within our Senior Management Team and has line management responsibilities. It will cover multiple operational functions including HR, IT service management and oversight, marketing and communications, facilities management, health and safety, business assurance, compliance and business continuity planning as well as supporting the CEO with various strategic and administrative tasks.

The Business Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the above functions are carried out within budget. This will require a combination of outsourcing, volunteer management, team development, and carrying out duties based on individual knowledge and expertise.
