Job description

HR ADMINISTRATOR

This role will develop and maintain administrative systems and procedures and provide HR project support. The HR Administrator may at times also support the Volunteer Development Manager with administrative tasks.

To provide a proactive, professional and customer-focused administrative support to the HR team. This role will develop and maintain administrative systems and procedures and provide HR project support. The HR Administrator may at times also support the Volunteer Development Manager with administrative tasks. 

Key Tasks & Responsibilities of the role:

RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION

  • Assist the HR team by providing full administrative and coordination support for the whole recruitment process for staff and volunteers, ensuring compliance with Safer Recruitment.
