What we need:
We need you to have experience working with information, statistical analysis and management information. We’ll need you to be able to hit the ground running with the data management side of things whilst we train and support you in all things Nordoff Robbins.
Exemplary data skills are critical here. We need someone who’s adept at data management and can use Excel to a high level as well as someone who can work with a variety of systems and operational tools, managing the interfaces between the information systems we have.
We need someone who is good with data (have we said that already?!), that can not only collate it but present it and bring it alive. Our delivery of Music Therapy is our core charitable mission, and we need to be able to report and present it effectively both internally and externally. You’ll need to be able to present data in a variety of formats use Excel charts, pivot tables, PowerPoint and Word to allow ease of data analysis.
Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to build real relationships. You’ll need to be confident in asking for the internal information you need as well as sensitive, patient and understating if speaking with our service users.
You’ll need acute awareness of confidentiality and data protection, working within our GDPR policy, guidelines and rules.
Don’t worry, you don’t need to be musical, but you do need to be able to work cross-organisationally with colleagues in all areas of the charity from music therapists to the People team to make sure you have all the information you need to put together all the delivery data produce what’s needed.
