Job description

We have a fantastic opportunity to join us at an exciting, busy time for the charity.  We are looking for a highly motivated, confident, proactive, friendly and organised candidate who is passionate about our work.

You will have exceptional attention to detail, able to provide high level administration to our CEO, CFOO, leadership team and our board of Trustees.  You'll be a confident communicator, able to engage internal and external stakeholders.  You'll provide proactive, day to day executive assistant support to the CEO, working closely together on a range of activities as well as independently producing documents and briefing papers, collating board papers, putting together presentations for meetings and be able to take concise minutes.  The successful candidate will have essential knowledge and understanding of charity governance processes, regulations and best practice and be able to coordinate the governance function.
