Job Title: Project Development Coordinator
Organisation: Phab Ltd
Location: England (with flexibility for remote work)
Duration: 3 years (with possibility of extension) 22.5 hours a week
Salary Range: £32,000 to £36,000 pro rata (FT 37.5 hours)

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Project Development Coordinator for a 3-year funding project entitled “Together We Are Phab”, aimed at delivering a diverse range of inclusive activities to disabled and non-disabled individuals across England.
Working with the National Projects and Development Manager, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the development, implementation, and Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) of this project, with a focus on providing a progression pathway onto further opportunities including training, volunteering, and work for participants.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Development and Planning:
· Collaborate with key stakeholders to implement the project plan, taking responsibility for managing the objectives, activities, and timelines.
· Conduct thorough research to identify appropriate inclusive activities that cater to the needs and interests of both disabled and non-disabled participants.
· Ensure that all activities are designed and implemented in accordance with accessibility and inclusivity principles.
2. Partnership Management:
· Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with key organisations, community groups, and stakeholders to maximise project impact and reach.
· Coordinate joint initiatives and collaborative efforts to enhance the delivery of inclusive activities and opportunities.
3. Participant Engagement and Support:
· Support the National Projects and Development Manager to oversee participant recruitment processes, ensuring diversity and inclusivity are prioritised.
· Provide ongoing support and guidance to participants throughout their engagement with the project, facilitating access to additional opportunities for growth and development.
4. Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E):
· Develop robust Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) frameworks to track project progress, outcomes, and impact.
· Collect and analyse data on participant engagement, satisfaction, and progression, using insights to inform program improvements and adjustments.
5. Reporting and Communication:
· Prepare regular progress reports and updates for funders, stakeholders, and senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
· Communicate project objectives, activities, and outcomes effectively to internal and external stakeholders through various channels.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Sciences, Community Development, Disability Studies), or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in project development, management, and coordination, preferably within the charity or non-profit sector.
- Strong understanding of disability issues, accessibility requirements, and inclusive practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple responsibilities concurrently.
- Experience in monitoring, evaluation, and data analysis, with a focus on driving continuous improvement.

Finance Business Partner – Fundraising & CAA

We are looking for a talented and motivated Finance professional to fulfil a key Finance Business Partner role supporting the Fundraising and Communications, Advocacy, and Activism (CAA) directorates at Mencap. This role will help deliver high quality insight and financial management which informs decision-making and helps to ensure maximum impact from our fundraising income.
As the Finance Business Partner for Fundraising and CAA you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient utilisation of financial resources to maximise fundraising returns and ensure efficient spend which is aligned to strategic objectives. NB. This is a full time 12-month FTC position.
There is flexibility around where the role is based. We have large offices in London and Peterborough and smaller offices located throughout the UK and you may need occasional travel to for meetings. However, this role will primarily be working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare timely, accurate, and insightful management reporting for the directorates, facilitating informed decision-making and effective financial management.
· Support Finance Lead to provide a comprehensive Finance Business Partnering service to business areas.
· Support financial planning processes and provide analysis, guidance and challenge to ensure the development of robust and credible plans.
· Identify risks and opportunities related to fundraising financial performance, providing strategic guidance to mitigate risks and maximize opportunities effectively.
· Ensure correct accounting and reporting of Restricted Funds, ensuring they are spent as intended and support on reporting to external funders where required.
· Ensure financial compliance with technical and regulatory requirements, including gift aid and Charity Commission guidance.
What You Will Bring:
· A commitment to improving the lives of people with learning disabilities.
· Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and ability to communicate financial information effectively.
· Self-motivation and a desire to make an impact.
· Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships across Finance and non-Finance areas.
Your Experience:
Essential:
· Worked in a Finance department providing Management accounting, business partnering or forecasting/budgeting support.
· Strong Excel skills.
· Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
· Experience of working in a fast-paced environment, providing accurate and timely information.
Highly Desirable:
· Finance Business Partnering and/or Financial Planning experience. Ideally in a Fundraising or income-generating unit.
· Working towards ACMA / ACCA / ACA qualification, or suitable experience.
· Knowledge of charity finance regulations and fundraising practices.

Digital Analyst
A brand new and urgent contract opportunity has arisen for a Digital Analyst with a strong knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager to join an award winning, nationally recognised organisation in the charity sector.
This initial 6-month contract will see the Digital Analyst aid in the organisation’s website development project, whilst improving how web analytics are used.
