The Communications and Marketing Manager will lead the Charity’s communications and marketing activity with responsibility to significantly raise the Charity’s profile to drive income and raise awareness of the Charity throughout Bristol and the South West. The role is integral to achieving our Charity’s objectives and ensuring we are engaging with our audiences and donors in an effective and meaningful way.
The Communications and Marketing Manager will deliver a robust and innovative donor centric communications plan and support the work of the fundraising teams to generate increased engagement, raise the importance of what we do and benefit our causes with more donations. This creative role will develop, manage and measure the Charity’s communications and ensure a consistent tone of voice across all communications and platforms, promoting and protecting the reputation of NBT & the Charity at all times.
Working closely with fundraising colleagues, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills – both written and verbal, understand the importance of the donor journey and bring enthusiasm for the role, with excellent attention to detail. This is a really exciting time to join our team.
