North Paddington Food Bank (NPFB) seeks to provide food, essentials, advice and support to people and households experiencing crisis and hardship in North Westminster, as well as parts of Kensington and Chelsea and Brent. We want to develop the most effective, accessible and adaptable approaches possible to provide the help that people need in an environment that is welcoming and supportive.
NPFB is seeking an Office and Finance Administrator to provide support to the Head of Foodbank and Admin and Customer Support team. The post holder will work closely with the Admin team to process customer referrals and answer inquiries by phone and email. They will also be responsible for keeping our spending records up to date, and issuing basic financial reports as required. Some PA duties to the Head of Foodbank may also be required.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, efficient, with strong attention to detail. Our work environment is collaborative and flexible, and candidates should enjoy working in a small team environment.
