As our Bookkeeper, working flexibly as part of a small team, you will support our Chief Executive by undertaking all bookkeeping including: preparing and producing monthly management accounts, our monthly payroll and related matters e.g. pension contributions, assisting with the full statutory year end accounts and acting as Secretary to the Executive Committee/Board of Trustees.
You will have 3+ years relevant bookkeeping experience, a bookkeeping qualification (preferred) and a working knowledge of Sage Line 50 Accounts and Sage Payroll, together with excellent organisational and time management skills, the ability to work independently with minimal day-to-day supervision, and the ability to work to priorities and tight deadlines.
