Would you like to play a key role in the future of a well-respected local charity committed to supporting local blind and partially sighted people lead fulfilling and independent lives?

For more than 115 years, Northamptonshire Association for the Blind (NAB) has been the leading provider of specialist advice, support and information for anyone who is blind or partially sighted living in Northamptonshire. Still today we remain a wholly independent charity run by local people for local people.

As our Services Manager you will run the charity’s award-winning advice and support services for visually impaired people and lead the team of experienced, dedicated staff and volunteers who deliver them.  You will be a natural communicator who listens and empathises with people of all abilities and backgrounds.

And as a member of our Management Team, as well as leading our existing advice and support services and ensuring they remain relevant, you will develop new services in line with identified needs and funding opportunities and help guide the charity and its work.  Please download the job description for more information.
