Northamptonshire Health Charity is looking for a passionate and experienced Head of Fundraising and Community to lead our fundraising team and support our hospitals (Northampton General Hospital, Kettering General Hospital, and Northamptonshire NHS Foundation Trust) and their patients and staff.

As Head of Fundraising and Community, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our fundraising strategy, growing and stewarding our supporter base, and maximising income. You will also be responsible for leading and managing a team of fundraisers and ensuring that all our fundraising activities are carried out in line with our organisational values.

The ideal candidate will have proven fundraising experience, a track record of success, and a strong understanding of the fundraising landscape. They will also be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and leadership skills.
