Independent Sexual Violence Advisor (ISVA) 

 

  • Location Northampton with travel out of County and to work flexibly around the client's needs
  • Part-Time (24hrs) - there may also be occasional evening work (flexibility will be considered)

This role is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic woman who is looking to contribute to social and societal changes in the area of Violence against Women and Girls. You will work within a small team alongside our current ISVA and manage your own caseload.

ISVA training and accreditation will be provided to the successful candidate, as the role requires you to have a good understanding of advocacy versus counselling, the criminal justice system and case management. 

You will drive good practice across our service provision ensuring services are consistently delivered to a high standard. 

You will report to the Service Development Lead.

 

Salary                   £16,960 actual ( FTE £24,734 / 35 hrs ) 

Hours                    24 hours worked flexibly across the week.
