Job description

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key role within Northamptonshire Rape Crisis as part of the NRC Leadership Team supporting local survivors of sexual violence towards its vision and ambitions for the future.

You will be responsible for driving organisational change, improvement and embedding best practice across NRC support services. This new role will lead a small team and manage our services so that they adapt and respond to the changing needs of our clients. You will identify and develop responsive new services, consider creative and innovative approaches to service delivery with an aim of reducing wait times for survivors and engaging with underserved communities. 

You will drive good practice across our service provision ensuring services are consistently delivered to a high standard.
