Director of Income Generation

£60,000 per annum

37.5 hours per week (Predominantly Monday – Friday)

28 days Holiday plus Bank Holidays plus service increases, Pension Scheme, Medical Cover, National Retail/Leisure Discount Scheme, free parking, access to private GP and other health and wellbeing professional support.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, strategic leader to join Nottinghamshire Hospice as our Director of Income Generation.

Nottinghamshire Hospice is a charity serving the local population of over 800,000 with a reliance on both statutory and charitable income streams in the region of £4 million in order to ensure the delivery of high quality services to our community.  As a pivotal role within the Senior Management team, the Director of Income Generation will contribute to shaping the future of the Hospice and in achieving our strategic objective of having a robust and sustainable business model in place to enable us to deliver end of life services throughout Nottinghamshire.

The post holder will lead, direct and manage the income generation teams (to include Retail, Fundraising, Marketing and Communications, Grants and Trusts) to ensure that income streams are maximised and expenditure controlled, managing and monitoring performance against agreed budgets. You will develop, implement and deliver on the Income Generation strategy, identifying and initiating new income streams and engage with a wide range of stakeholders.

The person in this role will be creative, innovative and dynamic with excellent networking and communication skills. They will demonstrate strategic leadership and be able to lead and support their teams in achieving ambitious goals.
