Job description

As part of the NSPCC’s strategy to grow our family of fundraising volunteers and voluntary income, this brand new post presents an excellent opportunity for an experienced and effective customer service delivery manager to lead the support team that underpins our supporter led fundraising.

The successful applicant will have good experience of line managing a team of colleagues that provide support and remote services to supporters or customers.

They will be responsible for bringing together the existing regional support functions into a single team, focussed on providing a high quality support service to volunteer fundraisers across the UK.

The successful applicant will be skilled in managing and improving existing processes, be at ease with managing data and financial information and have a great track record of delivering levels of service that are high in quality and consistent at all times.

They will also need to demonstrate great experiences in successfully identifying business improvement or innovative opportunities, to ensure the support team evolves to meet the changing needs of a new and growing supporter base.

As a national charity with regional office bases, some travel across the UK will be required, so a flexible approach to work along with a full UK driving licence is required to be fully effective in this role.
