Job description

Every childhood is worth fighting for. This is our belief. We all share it. And it drives our Fundraising team to get out there and bring in the funds we need to protect children and prevent abuse. Join us as our High Value Communications Manager, and get more people involved in change that means everything.

The High Value Communications Manager leads on the content strategy for an audience of NSPCC donors and partners giving at the highest levels. Securing large gifts and long -term relationships requires engaging and inspiring content, and this role plays a crucial part in driving NSPCC fundraising, helping to change the world for children

Creating stewardship magazines, cases for support, and bespoke reports, the High Value Communications team collaborates with colleagues across the NSPCC to get to the heart of what we do, and communicate how our donors make this possible.

Supported by two line reports and the wider Supporter Management function, the High Value Communications Manager is able to draw upon the expertise and insight of our in-house creative studio as well as our high-performing fundraisers.

The successful candidate will be experienced in producing compelling fundraising content, with strong communication skills and an eye for detail. Line management experience is important, and the breadth of the role means that candidates will need a high level of personal organisation and demonstrable project management experience.

Join us and you’ll become part of a team that cares about the work they do and the people they work with. You’ll discover opportunities to grow, along with challenges and a shared purpose that’ll bring the best out in you. And you’ll get to find your own way to make a difference that means more, and that impacts millions of young lives.
