The Major Giving Department at the NSPCC has an exciting opportunity for early career fundraiser to join our high-performing Trusts Team as the Philanthropy Executive. You will work with a range of warm and cold donors sending tailored applications and reports, and lead on a newly established small trust mailing, contributing towards the team target of £3million.

You will be responsible for ensuring the Trusts Team is supported to the highest level. You’ll also manage your own an active portfolio of trust funders and prospects who give up to £10,000 a year, building positive relationships between them and the NSPCC to maximise the amount they donate.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to understand, interpret and present complex information in a persuasive and accurate way for a range of audiences.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence in building relationships with both colleagues and external contacts.
  • Ability to plan and manage multiple projects while maintaining a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
