As a part of the Supporter Management Team, the Senior Prospect Development Manager will lead on strengthening and managing the processes, information and prospect pipelines that drive high value income; working alongside two Prospect Development Officers and the Bid Co-Ordination Manager.

The Supporter Management Team was created in 2017 to steward and grow the NSPCC’s high value audience, with dedicated functions in Engagement & Stewardship, High Value Communications, Due Diligence, and Prospect Research & Bid Co-Ordination – a team which, through donor insight and pipeline management, provides vital support to fundraisers, allowing them to deliver the best possible donor experience.

Through effective interpersonal and project management skills the Senior Prospect Development Manager will support fundraisers with their portfolios, and proactively steer business development projects to improve our ways of working. You will provide tailored donor insight and prospect management support, and liaise with senior colleagues to establish, embed and champion new ways of working across the Fundraising & Engagement Department.

The NSPCC is fighting for every childhood. Fundraising underpins our commitment to vulnerable children across the country, and our generous supporters account for almost 90% of the NSPCC’s annual income.

This role will work closely with the Bid Co-ordination Manager to make a significant contribution to developing and driving forward our Prospect Development strategy, and processes for supporting the growth of high value income from individuals and organisations.
