We are looking for an energetic, friendly and organised Office Administrator to provide support to the staff team in our London office. Working 10:00 am to 3.00 pm Monday to Friday (22.5 hours a week / 3 days equivalent), you will be the first point of contact for service users and others contacting the office (by phone, by email and in person). You will also provide administrative and reception support for the office as a whole and for the Charity’s various project teams.
You will need to have a first-rate telephone manner, have excellent written and verbal communication skills in general, be highly organised, and have good numeracy and IT skills. You will also need to demonstrate flexibility and be ready to go the extra mile. This is a vital role in a small but dynamic national charity and an opportunity to be part of an enthusiastic team making a real and lasting impact on the lives of people with OCD.
