Off the Record is a well-established, award-winning South London based young people's mental health charity which has been supporting vulnerable young people for over 25 years. We work across the London boroughs of Croydon, Sutton and Merton offering a range of holistic, innovative wellbeing services delivered within a broadly humanistic framework.

We are currently recruiting for a full-time Interim Service Manager (6 month contract) within our Croydon-based Young Carers Service.

Salary - £34,886 inc OLW

The Young Carers Service works with young people aged 7-25 who have a caring responsibility within the family. You will be responsible for the day to day management of the Service including the line management of staff and the representation of the Service on local strategic bodies.

This post is initially a 6 month contract due to potential changes in the funding and direction of the service. The Interim Manager will be responsible for working alongside the Charity’s senior managers to support the potential re-configuration of the service.
