One Million Mentors is looking for an experienced, full-time Office Manager to be responsible for diary management, meeting organisation and general office management across several office and remote locations.
About One Million Mentors:
One Million Mentors (1MM) is a project within UpRising Leadership, working in Greater Manchester, Cardiff Capital Region, West Midlands and expanding into London.
1MM’s mission is to transform the process of mentoring for all in the UK. We aim to train, recruit and connect a million mentors to a million young people in order to increase youth employability, support social action and help break down social barriers.
We recognise the value of high quality mentoring for young people and are determined to widen the scope of mentoring, increase the provision of mentoring to areas across the UK and strengthen the mentoring network by connecting existing organisations through our shared online platform.
As Office Manager you will be responsible for Chief Exec’s Diary, organising team travel, supporting some functions of HR, Health and Safety including safeguarding, data protection, finance support, and where required insurances and banking.
Applicants will need excellent communication skills as well as the ability to work in a fast moving environment with multiple deadlines. Please note this is a full time role offered on an initial 3-month contract and can be based in either our Manchester or our London office.
