To achieve this we need an individual who has the drive, skills and passion to be responsible for helping us achieve ‘digital service transformation’ so that we can move to digital service delivery, the impact of which can be evidenced, across a range of different service user groups.
The holder needs to develop an understanding of end to end service user needs in order to develop the service user digital experience.
This job is responsible for leading the strategic development and operational management of YMCA’s Information Technology, including the oversight of our external IT contractors; plus the identification and implementation of all digital engagement tools and systems within the charity, in collaboration with relevant service Heads.
As a member of the Senior Management Team and in collaboration with the charity’s Trustees, the post holder will also contribute to the development of vision, direction and operational management of the charity as a whole.
