Are you interested in starting up a prospect research function in a major donor-led charity? OnSide is passionate about transforming the lives and opportunities for young people. We raise over £20m each year primarily from major donors and charitable grant funders; we are rapidly growing this income and are seeking a prospect researcher to help us. As Prospect Research Manager, you will lead a step change in philanthropic income for OnSide through identifying both national and local philanthropists interested in our work.  You will be someone capable of strategically growing a prospect research function that will facilitate a highly sophisticated, data-insight driven major donor fundraising approach.  Alongside extensive experience of prospect research, you will have experience of using quantitative and qualitative research methods, and demonstrate innovative thinking and an entrepreneurial approach to prospect research.
