Permanent, Full-time
Job description

We are after a super-smart, plugged-in global player to lead our charge to reform the multi-trillion dollar colossus that is public contracting and procurement.

The Open Contracting Partnership (OCP) is a silo-busting global collaboration between governments, businesses, civil society and technologists to open up and transform government contracting, where one in every three dollars is spent by government.

We aren’t just after a bit more transparency, we want to change the whole process of planning, awarding and delivering public contracts to be better, smarter and more accountable.

You should be at the top of your game, equally confident working at the highest levels of government and the corporate world to working with local activists pushing for change in smaller communities. You will build on OCP's existing examples of compelling impact in countries and our work responding to the COVID-19 pandemic to build the case for strategic, long term public procurement reforms as part of a sustainable, inclusive economic recovery.

We are a small organisation so we are after a grafter, someone who will roll up their sleeves and get on with changing the world, not someone who wants tell others what to do.

We offer extensive international travel, professional development and as well as an excellent benefits and compensation  commensurate with reputation and experience. We also offer a generous matched pension contribution.

For the right candidate with strong organisational development experience and a track record of fundraising, we are offering a director level appointment with a role on our management team.

Good luck. More details and link to apply below:
