We are looking for a Christian* finance assistant with proven experience and skills in financial processes and procedures. This role reports to the ODI USA/UK Financial Controller and sits within our international finance team.

You’ll be competent in: preparing monthly financial statements, preparing and analysing reports and reconciliations, assisting with month-end closing processes, the preparation of budgets.
ODI is a complex, multinational organisation and it is essential that you are able to work relationally and collaboratively with our managers and other members of the finance team. You’ll need cultural awareness and strong interpersonal skills. You must be fluent in written and spoken English. Having strong attention to detail and ensuring accuracy and financial compliance will be among your strengths. Some of the time you’ll be working on your own, so you’ll need to enjoy this style of working.
This vacancy sits within the international finance team and will be based within the UK in our Witney office. The role can be partly or fully home-based.
The job holder will also be part of the ODI UK team and meet with this team (remotely daily, in-person occasionally) for social times, spiritual refreshment and business meetings.
