Open Doors UK & Ireland is a Christian charity advocating for freedom of religious belief and supporting persecuted Christians in over 60 countries around the world. As a UK development-base we exist to raise awareness and support for our vital work in field countries including: legal help, school development, trauma-care, emergency food aid, micro-loans and bible teaching. Persecution is increasing and so we need to raise our levels of support.
That’s why you are essential! With your expertise in digital and marketing, you can make a huge difference.
We are looking for an experienced Christian* Digital Marketing Manager to deliver Open Doors’ digital marketing strategies within our integrated marketing approach. You will be working with IT, digital agencies, website and communications staff to deliver substantial outcomes – along with leading supporter acquisition, engagement and retention.
You’ll be innovative and creative and have knowledge of management/segmentation, together with experience of delivering improved results through statistical planning. Ideally, you’ll have experience of managing direct marketing agencies or freelancers and have experience in integrated marketing campaigns. You’ll line manager our Digital Producer and potentially a larger team as we expand.
This is an exciting time to join this team as we’re in a fresh season with a new Director of Supporter Engagement – you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with the Director and the Head of Marketing to make your mark and see the impact of your ideas and knowledge as the strategy takes shape. We’ll support your learning and development and you’ll be part of a committed team.
We have a range of benefits including a generous holiday entitlement of 25 days+ BHs + Christmas off. We’re relatively informal, very friendly, but we’re also passionate about the difference we can make.
