Open Doors UK & Ireland is a Christian charity, raising awareness to provide practical and spiritual support for persecuted Christians in over 60 countries. We believe in freedom of religious belief and in standing strong with all Christians suffering for their faith.
We’re seeking to appoint a Recruitment Manager to join our People & Culture department, here at Open Doors. We’re a dedicated team of c. 80 professional Christian staff; our team numbers are increasing year on year, and so are our recruitment needs.
As a Christian*, with experience of working in recruitment, your role will be to work with managers to identify recruitment needs and source the best talent. You’ll know how to combine systems, creativity, pragmatism, best practice and appropriate selection methods to get optimum results. You’ll develop our processes and create the best fit recruitment strategy for our culture, bringing in amazing people who have the skills and passion that we need, here at Open Doors. Your previous experience of managing recruitment will mean that you can quickly take the reins; naturally you’ll be confident in interviewing and used to working with external agencies.
Whilst your focus will be recruitment, you’ll work closely with the People & Culture team to contribute to the overall people strategy. You’ll have immense satisfaction in finding people who make up our fantastic team.
