Clore Social Leadership is the only organisation in the UK working to develop leadership skills for the social sector. Established in 2010, the charity is currently in a period of change, moving from running a Fellowship working with a small number of high-potential emerging leaders each year, to being a multi-programme organisation supporting leaders at all levels within social sector organisations, including Trustees, CEOs, Directors, Managers and those new to management.
We are looking to recruit a dynamic and high performing Operations Manager. This is a key role in the organisation and the post-holder should be happy working in context of change and excited by the opportunity of creating excellence in leadership across the social sector. We are looking for a person with that special mix of wisdom and energy, an appetite for risk balanced with attention to detail, and the ability to think big while working in a small, tightly focused team.
