Job Description

Are you an experienced Operations Manager looking for opportunities within the charity sector? Do you have experience of working in a clinical or healthcare environment? This international charity based in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Operations Manager.

About you

You will have experience of managing and leading customer facing operations and clinical and non-clinical teams. You should have experience of facilitating and managing major change, developing business growth and working to KPI's. It is ideal that you have a management qualification and knowledge of health management and regulatory compliance.

The successful candidate will:

Optimise activity within the charities health centres
Improve processes such as client flow
Ensure standards are met, identifying areas that need improvement
Motivate the team and set acceptable goals and targets to ensure the success of the region
Run inductions for new staff members and be the first point of call for incidents in the centres
