We are seeking an Operations Manager to be responsible for the delivery of effective, integrated services for the Richmond Team Ministry, including all property and administration management.
S/he will report to the Team Rector and liaise with the clergy, churchwardens, treasurer and other key officers. The role includes managing our cleaners, and caretakers/vergers employed by the PCC and liaising with external agencies to ensure effective management of the Team’s three churches, church halls and investment properties.
We are looking for someone with extensive property and people management experience. S/he will have excellent communication and IT skills, be self-motivated and well-organised. S/he will also be trustworthy, dependable and sympathetic to the aims of the Church of England and the ethos of the Team Ministry.
