Street League use sport and physical activity to tackle youth unemployment. We specialise in helping our participants (16-24 year olds from disadvantaged areas) progress from our unique football, fitness or dance-fitness and education programmes into sustainable employment, education and training.
We are a growing organisation and currently operate across the UK in 14 regions, including Greater London, the North East and North West of England, Yorkshire, the Midlands and across Scotland.
We are currently recruiting an Operations Manager to manage our London delivery teams. You will have a great deal of autonomy within this multi-faceted role to strategically develop, implement and manage Street League's new and existing projects, budgets and deliver agreed operating and income targets.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be a key part of the Operations Management Team within Street League and will contribute to and lead on the implementation of strategies which shape future operational delivery and development for Street League.
As an experienced manager, you will be able to develop and maintain positive working relationships with key stakeholders and deliver high performance through your team. You will be joining a highly motivated, young person-focused organisation with a positive culture that is committed to ending youth unemployment. To be successful at Street League you need to be a self-starter, have resilience and a passion for the work we do. Experience within the employability sector, contract management and/or operations management is desirable. Please download the full Job Pack for more information about the role and our organisation.
