About the role
The Database Manager is a key member of the public giving and engagement team within fundraising. This new role is responsible for managing our Raiser’s Edge database to support the marketing, supporter care and income processing activities of the Fundraising and wider Orbis UK teams. You will be responsible for championing the use of data and translating data requirements into practical solutions. You will also be responsible for the line management of the Database Officer.
We are seeking a positive, approachable, can do attitude – with a desire to support colleagues with their data needs and an ability to translate complicated data matters into practical solutions for non technical team members. You will have advanced knowledge of Raiser’s Edge and line management experience.
Reports to: Head of Individual Giving
Location: London, UK (near Monument)
Contract: Full time, 37.5 hours per week, permanent
Salary: £40,000 per annum, subject to experience
