Job description

Ormiston Families’ Point 1 Service

This post is full time, 35 hours per week, with a salary of £23,113 per annum.

Based at the Norwich Hub and in the community around Norfolk and Waveney.

Point 1 is a consortium of providers made up of Ormiston Families, Norfolk and Suffolk Foundation Trust and Mancroft Advice Project (MAP), commissioned by Norfolk County Council and Clinical Commissioning Groups to deliver a Tier 2 CAMHS provision.

The post holder will promote and champion emotional wellbeing and mental health provision within universal settings, including supporting them to navigate through CAMHS pathways and referral processes. You will deliver Mental Champion Training and facilitate the development of the champions network and bespoke training.

You will be a self-motivated and dedicated individual with an NVQ Level 4 Diploma or equivalent in mental health or a relevant subject. You will also have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in working with children, young people and/or their families.
