At Oxfam Frimley we sell our most valuable, weird, and wonderful things through Oxfam's own online shop. Working from our stock room, you’ll help us raise money to fight poverty and inequality.

You will develop online retail experience and learn many transferable skills, building your CV and confidence. No experience needed as training will be given.

We can be very flexible around parenting / caring / health / employment / education and any other commitments you have. Some travel and lunch expenses can be covered too. If you have a couple of hours to give to Oxfam, then we'd like to hear from you.

Why do we need you?

The Oxfam Online Shop sells a wide range of unique items that have kindly been donated to us by our supporters. Every day our wonderful team of volunteers list hundreds of items, including second-hand women’s, men’s and children’s clothing, rare collectables, books, rare vinyl, vintage wedding dresses, and so much more! This is an exciting opportunity for you to gain valuable experience in the rapidly growing e-commerce sector while helping to maximise sales of donated items.

What this role involves:

  • Researching / valuing items online
  • Photographing items
  • Writing descriptions for items
  • Listing items for sale using our online listing tool
  • Dispatching orders
  • Providing excellent customer service.
  • Dealing with despatch, after-sales care, and refunds.
  • Packaging and posting sold items.
