Job Description

Head of Partnerships, UK Programme (CAP0311)

Hours: 21.6 per week

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced leader to help drive forward the development of our UK Programme by building strong funding partnerships and alliances. With a strong background in securing significant funding, developing programmes of work to meet donors' needs and developing partnerships with Funders and Corporate Partners, you will build Oxfam’s presence and income in the UK. This will support the scale up of our programme and influencing work on women’s economic empowerment, food security and inequality.

You will be able to work to challenging deadlines and manage your own workload without close supervision, making decisions and problem-solving on routine, new and complex problems with clarity and leadership. We will expect you to have very strong written and verbal communications skills with the ability to communicate to a variety of audiences on complex issues. You will have experience of budget management and project monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning, including reporting to funders. You will have an in-depth understanding of poverty and inequality and share our commitment to ending poverty and inequality in the UK.
