Hub Returns Co-ordinator (0829)

The Role

The role will involve being part of a management team leading and empowering a team of volunteers and trainees to review our returns & process refunds from our online orders to a high level of customer service.

Also includes managing systems within the e-commerce inventory storage areas and all aspects of our online selling operation.
