Job Description

New Product Development Officer (MKT0343)

Be part of the next generation of fundraising

Oxfam has been at the forefront of charity fundraising for 75 years. We opened the first ever charity shop in 1947, led the market in direct response advertising, raised over £50m for our virtual goats (and other things!) and have pioneered many famous appeals and popular movements, including most recently releasing the award-winning my Oxfam app.

In an ever-changing world where the need to adapt and evolve at pace is becoming the norm, we know that fundraising is no different.

That's where you come in. We are looking for an exceptional candidate to help shape our future funding portfolio.

This is an exciting, varied and challenging role. You will join an existing team who are focused on developing and testing new fundraising products that inspire and motivate supporters and build sustainable income streams at scale.

Never working on the same thing twice you will be able to evidence that you learn by doing, have the attention to detail and critical thinking needed to manage projects consistently and to time.

You'll be an excellent communicator and have the ability to make things happen in a complex organisation. Crucially you'll have done some 'new stuff' before and you'll have the stories and the resilience to prove it!

Are you curious, do you want to be part of a new generation of charity fundraising, if the answer is yes then we would love to hear from you?

How to apply

This is an opportunity for an exceptional, dedicated, and highly motivated professional, with a strong commitment to Oxfam's values and beliefs. If you believe you are the candidate we are looking for, please download the full job description and apply online by clicking the below button.
