Oxfordshire Youth are looking for an ambitious, talented and bold strategic leader to join us as we fight the good fight for young people.
The Youth Engagement and Skills Manager will provide strategic direction for operational excellence that results in high levels of youth engagement and high quality skills and training for young people who have complex needs, under Oxfordshire Youth’s ‘Building Skills for Life’ area of work. The role will focus on building Youth Engagement (ensuring that young people’s views are woven into the very fabric of Oxfordshire Youth) and Youth Skills (overseeing skills development and training for young people, and designing pathways for young people to build life skills).
