Job description

PACT is a supportive and respectful place where people are genuinely passionate about delivering positive outcomes for children and their families.  We have been at the forefront of adoption services for over 60 years, working with Local Authorities and Regional Adoption Agencies across the country.

We are looking for an Assistant Service Director to join us as we enter our next phase of growth and development.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about creating positive outcomes for children and families, with the experience and expertise of working within Adoption Services.  You will have overall operational responsibility for managing several adoption teams who focus solely on recruiting and supporting adoptive parents.
