PACT helps hundreds of families every year through outstanding adoption and award-winning therapeutic support and inspirational community projects across London and the south of England.
The Communications and Marketing Officer is responsible for producing all PACT communications and marketing materials and ensuring that all internal and external communications adhere to the PACT style. The role also raises awareness of the PACT brand and services by coordinating website content, sharing key messages and calls to action on PACT’s social media accounts and generating media coverage.
This is an exciting role raising awareness of PACT’s brand and reputation in order to support the organisation’s vision to find adopters for priority children and support vulnerable families in the community.
We are looking for someone who is creative, has excellent attention to detail, is a team player and has good communication (including creative writing) and good planning skills in order to manage a varied workload. You should have experience of using website CMS and co-ordinating content for social media pages. You should also be competent in the use of Microsoft Word and Publisher and Mailchimp email marketing tool.
