Description

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Dealing with membership queries via email and over the phone
  • Updating administrative processes
  • Helping with managing diaries, arranging meetings and taking minutes
  • Booking travel for team members

Profile

The Administrative Assistant will have:

  • Administrative experience
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in a fast paced office environment
  • Proficiency on Microsoft Office Suite
  • Be highly organised with great attention to detail

Job Offer

A salary of £21000-22000, plus annual leave and pension.
